I am writing this review regarding my recent order which included two posters. While I initially qualified for free shipping, one of the posters turned out to be out of stock (despite being available when I placed the order and still shows in stock when I look now). As a result, I was refunded for the unavailable item but was still charged for shipping.
I believe it would have been courteous to notify me of the stock issue before processing the order and provide options, such as selecting an alternative item or canceling the order entirely. I also previously reached out via email to address this matter but have not received a response.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the shipping charge or an alternative resolution. I chose to order from Imaginus despite higher prices compared to local options, expecting better service and availability. I hope we can resolve this issue promptly.
